Required Technical Specifications

1. Storage Solution

An integrated enterprise data storage solution (file server, network-attached storage device, or any equivalent professional system).
Net storage capacity: Minimum of 2TB, with scalability for future expansion.
Processor: Multi-core CPU with at least 6 physical cores.
RAM: Minimum of 8 GB, preferably upgradeable.

2. Data Protection & Cybersecurity

Data Loss Protection: Support for RAID (RAID 1/5/6/10) or any equivalent data redundancy and protection technologies.
Cyber Protection:
- Built-in firewall system or integration with advanced cybersecurity solutions.
- Support for Intrusion Detection System (IDS) or compatibility with external IDS solutions.
- Automatic and periodic security updates for the operating/storage system.
- Data Encryption: For both data in transit and data at rest.

3. User Access & Management

Ability to create multiple user accounts with flexible permission levels.
Support for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Graphical management interface that enables secure remote administration (web or application-based).

4. Backup & Redundancy

Support for automatic internal and external backups (media-based or cloud-based).
Automated backup scheduling and report generation.
Compatibility with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to maintain service continuity.
Ability to link backup to major cloud storage providers.

5. Network & Performance

At least 2 x 1Gbps network ports, or 1 x 10Gbps port.
Designed for 24/7 high-performance use in an office environment.
Allows adding new storage volumes without system downtime.

Installation & Support

Full installation and setup service must be provided.
The solution must be compatible with multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Provide clear user and technical manuals.
Include a comprehensive list of all hardware and software specifications in the quotation.
Specify all costs clearly, including hardware, software, installation, warranty, and ongoing technical support.
Must include after-sales technical support for a minimum of one year post-installation.
